Virginia was very quick to respond to my initial interest in a flat viewing. Thanks to her speed and proficiency, we were able to be the first viewers on a flat that we eventually purchased. She was thorough and polite without being intrusive, pushy or overbearing. It was also a big plus for me personally that she speaks English fluently. A very good estate agent who I recommend.
