When we first decided to look for a house in Southern Spain, we contacted Christian for advice. He gave us a good overview of what it means to be house owner there and what we should be aware of. Once we had filtered it down to a couple of handfuls of candidates, we went to Spain and got a proper introduction to each house by Christian. From here it was easy for us to make a decision, and Christian and his advisors helped us throughout the whole process – from negotiations to final handover of housekeys.
