When we first decided to look for a house in Southern Spain, we contacted Christian for advice. He gave us a good overview of what it means to be house owner there and what we should be aware of. After a thorough assessment of our wishes and requirements, Christian found a good selection of houses that all had potential, and while we discussed them Christian was very helpful with information about the local areas and the details. Once we had filtered it down to a couple of handfuls of candidates, we went to Spain and got a proper introduction to each house by Christian. From here it was easy for us to make a decision, and Christian and his advisors helped us throughout the whole process – from negotiations to final handover of housekeys. We can highly recommend Christian as advisor and realtor for everybody who would like to own a house in Costa del Sol.
