I would strongly advise against working with Alternativa Málaga, especially if you’re dealing with Narcisa. In our experience, many promises were made during the sales process. We were told everything we wanted to hear, but once we signed, communication changed completely. Concerns were ignored, and the reality was very different from what had been presented. The lack of transparency and follow-through ended up costing us tens of thousands of euros. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.
