Niels has really been bitten by the real estate bug and gets energy and satisfaction from personally guiding clients during the search for their dream home under the Spanish sun. Niels adopts a listening attitude, takes his time and asks targeted questions to comprehensively and deeply identify the client's needs and wishes. He then guides and assists clients during viewings of the properties and throughout the entire purchase and after-sales process. Niels has an open, helpful and friendly attitude. He loves establishing lasting and authentic contacts with his clients. As co-manager, Niels coaches the team members to achieve their goals and together offer a quality service to our customers. Niels is also responsible for marketing the firm.
