Orientación sobre cómo y qué presentar en el apartamento. Sus toques finales y la organización de fotografías y vídeo surmamente profesionales. Asesore y tramite un POA para que mi presencia no fuera siempre necesaria - ya que resido en el Reino Unido - y pudieran gestionar la finalización de los contractos de agua, electricidad, Zumba etc. Recomendó y organizó una empresa para facilitar transferencias de dinero de mayor cuantía. Fue de gran ayuda y simplificó enormemente el proceso. Logró un excelente acuerdo de venta, tanto en términos de precio como de plazo de venta.
