I originally come from Norrköping, but I feel more like a global citizen. When I was 7 years old, my family moved to Baghdad, Iraq, and a year later, it was Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and so it continued. At the age of 18, I went on vacation to Costa del Sol, but I never went back to Sweden. I fell completely in love with the warmth, the food, and these wonderful Spaniards. Now I have been living here for 31 years and speak fluent Spanish, English, and Swedish. My strengths are that I am eager, a problem solver, and enthusiastic. I have a great knowledge of the coast, especially Fuengirola. I know which areas and communities are the best and which ones I would not recommend. My absolute favorite areas are Torreblanca, Carvajal, and Higueron, which are the most exclusive we have here in Fuengirola. 3 weeks ago New My experience in Alamo was one of the best, especially because I met Catarina Henriksson who helped me a lot from the very beginning. Not only she answered immediately and we met the same day, but later, when I changed my mind about the appartment we wanted to buy, she sent many offers with a lot of details until we found what we wanted. Very professional, very good Enghish, always answering the messages, I felt confortable and I trusted I am in good hands. She also found a good lawyer to take care of everything and continued to help with internet company until we succeded to instal it, and allowed me to use her number as a Spanish contact untill I had my own Spanish number. She is great in her job, always nice and helpful with a lot of information a foreigner doesn't know. I thank her for all the work she has done for us and I would proudly recomand her to anyone who needs to buy or sell a property in Spain. More than 5 stars.

Los servicios de la inmobiliaria de 10! Catarina, nuestra agente, estuvo al tanto de todo durante todo el proceso de compra. Hemos trabajado con otras inmobiliaria antes y esta la verdad es que marca la diferencia. Fue un proceso largo y complejo y dudo que hubiésemos llegado a buen término sin la ayuda de Catarina.
