Duela 7 urte jarri ginen harremanetan Etxebila inmobiliariarekin eta orduz geroztik etxe berean daramagu. Denbora guzti honetan, behar izan dugun bakoitzean, modu oso profesionalean eta azkar atenditu gaituzte. Tratu hurbila eta konfiantzazkoa eskaintzen dute. Benetan eskertzen dugu hasieratik gure beharretara ezin hobeto egokitzen zen pisua aurkitzen lagundu izana eta ondoren, behar zan dugunetan (kontratuko baldintzak eta agiriak eguneratu, berritu edo moldatzean) izan duten prestutasuna. Zalantzarik gabe, guztiz gomendatuko nituzke.

Patxi may have very well invented the concept of a buyer's agent in the area, and he truly went above and beyond. Being experienced with real estate transactions in the U.S. but unfamiliar with the system in Spain, Patxi and Mikel provided information and support every step of the way. They connected my husband and I with a bank lender, tax accountant, and real estate & immigration attorneys. While I was in Donostia last week to close on the property, I finally got to meet Patxi in person. Patxi is truly an upstanding and kind human being, and I cannot recommend him and his company enough!!!!
