Although she was representing the seller, she answered all my endless questions, and went above and beyond to ensure this transaction would go smoothly. She worked with my lawyer to ensure that everything was done correctly. Muy buen profesional. Se nota que conoce bien el mercado y sabe orientar a cada cliente según lo que busca. Suelo ser bastante desconfiado con estos temas, pero con él me sentí acompañado en todo momento. Responde rápido, explica las cosas claras y no intenta meterte prisa. Si alguien está pensando en comprar una vivienda, de verdad merece la pena hablar con él.

Teresa De Vincenzo was the real estate agent who helped me sell two houses I owned in the old town of Jijona, Spain, in April this year, as I was moving to another location. She speaks both English and Spanish so that was a big plus from the start. Frankly she took care of pretty much everything, and walked me through the whole process from assessment to photographs and showings, right through to the Legal and Notario processes, and was even able to give me advice on the tax aspect. She´is a very knowledgeable and personable realtor with a big smile, and the clients seemed to like dealing with her. This made the whole exercise much more pleasant. I think that If I´d tried to do it on my own it would have been very stressful, even though I do speak quite reasonable Spanish myself I don´t have that kind of rapport with the people I don´t know.
