I will forever be grateful to Patxi Comas and Mikel Serrano for making my dream of owning a home in Donostia/San Sebastian come true. Patxi may have very well invented the concept of a buyer's agent in the area, and he truly went above and beyond. Being experienced with real estate transactions in the U.S. but unfamiliar with the system in Spain, Patxi and Mikel provided information and support every step of the way. They connected my husband and I with a bank lender, tax accountant, and real estate & immigration attorneys. While I was in Donostia last week to close on the property, I finally got to meet Patxi in person. Patxi is truly an upstanding and kind human being, and I cannot recommend him and his company enough!!!!

Benetan eskertzen dugu hasieratik gure beharretara ezin hobeto egokitzen zen pisua aurkitzen lagundu izana eta ondoren, behar zan dugunetan (kontratuko baldintzak eta agiriak eguneratu, berritu edo moldatzean) izan duten prestutasuna.
