Muy buena experiencia con Alan, cercano, amable, y con experiencia en el negocio. Buen profesional, nada que ver con otros tantos que he tenido que soportar hasta vender mi casa, que finalmente consiguieron en la empresa de Alan, tal y como yo quería.

Emily es buena profesional, escucha y entiende lo que necesita el vendedor, sabe emplear el tiempo necesario a quien lo merece y tiene interés en la operación. Trabaja bien, muy por encima de la media de los mal llamados profesionales de operaciones inmobiliarias, los hay muy malos.

Orsi es una gran profesional. Es una persona seria y honesta. Su ayuda e implicación personal en la venta de mi vivienda fue fundamenta para el éxito de la operación. 100% recomendable.

Teresa De Vincenzo was the real estate agent who helped me sell two houses I owned in the old town of Jijona, Spain, in April this year, as I was moving to another location. She speaks both English and Spanish so that was a big plus from the start. Frankly she took care of pretty much everything, and walked me through the whole process from assessment to photographs and showings, right through to the Legal and Notario processes, and was even able to give me advice on the tax aspect. She´is a very knowledgeable and personable realtor with a big smile, and the clients seemed to like dealing with her. This made the whole exercise much more pleasant. I think that If I´d tried to do it on my own it would have been very stressful, even though I do speak quite reasonable Spanish myself I don´t have that kind of rapport with the people I don´t know.
