Teresa De Vincenzo was the real estate agent who helped me sell two houses I owned in the old town of Jijona, Spain, in April this year, as I was moving to another location. She speaks both English and Spanish so that was a big plus from the start. Frankly she took care of pretty much everything, and walked me through the whole process from assessment to photographs and showings, right through to the Legal and Notario processes, and was even able to give me advice on the tax aspect. She´is a very knowledgeable and personable realtor with a big smile, and the clients seemed to like dealing with her. This made the whole exercise much more pleasant. I think that If I´d tried to do it on my own it would have been very stressful, even though I do speak quite reasonable Spanish myself I don´t have that kind of rapport with the people I don´t know.
