This person is a complete liar and con artist! We made a deposit to reserve a 12,000 square meter plot of land, and we were strung along for months. The seller was supposedly still in the USA and not on the island. It was all a pack of lies! After two months, it turned out that she had sold the land to someone else, even though we had a valid reservation agreement! Stay away from this company and especially from this woman. Everything is currently with our lawyer, as she still hasn't refunded our €5,000 deposit!

He entrusted Teresa with the sale of my house in Tenerife (Playa de las Américas) and I was very satisfied. With great professionalism and patience, she followed every detail, carefully looking for the right buyer. Thanks to her commitment and precision, the sale was successfully completed without complications. Even the language barrier was not an obstacle, always ready to translate for me whenever I did not understand certain specifics, a reliable person, always available to provide clarifications and support at every stage. I highly recommend reaching out to her: with Teresa, you can be sure of being followed with attention and expertise.
