Sotobeach Real Estate

Cuánto lejos de esta inmobiliaria, mejor. Un trato inhumano🤮

We use Sotobeach to manage a couple of rentals we own in the Campo region, and are happy with them thus far. Would recommend! 👌

Stay clear of this agency. Lack of professionalism. We rented at Urb. El Polo, at Sotogrande. The agency refused to fix concerns in the rental house: electrical problems that caused a shut down throughout the entire house whenever we took a bath. We complaint during the whole lease an they did nothing. At the end of the lease they kept a big amount of the deposit claiming there were issues wih the cleaning and to repair things that were already in the flat when we come in. No photographs provided or any other info whatsoever to justify such amounts. We are still waiting for the refund of part of our deposit. Horrible experience, save your time and money and go with another estate agency that is going to treat you with respect. The behaviour of this agency was unprofessional and unethical. BEWARE of this rental agency.
