Vi valgte, etter anbefaling, å legge ut eiendommen i Torremuelle via SkandiaMäklarna Fuengirola ved Liz Wallin for salg. Vi var meget fornøyd fra dag en; Dyktig oppstart, god beskrivelse og flotte bilder og video. Etter spanske forhold gikk det hele rimelig raskt, 4 måneder fra start til solgt. Megler Liz var dyktig, tilstedeværende og fulgte opp og gjorde nødvendige klargjøringer når vi ikke var tilstede. Huset skal ikke overtas av nye eiere før 26. februar 2026 og vi tar denne på forskudd: Regner med like god oppfølging fram til nøklene finner nye hender.
