Tanja Schrocke handled the sale of my home in Moraira, and I can recommend her without reservation. Selling a property in Spain from a distance is not a simple exercise. There are legal steps, paperwork, and coordination issues that can easily go sideways if the agent is passive or disorganized. Tanja was neither. She was proactive and organized at every stage, kept me informed without my having to chase her, and gave me straight answers — including when the answer wasn’t the one I was hoping for. That honesty was worth a great deal to me. What stood out most was her willingness to go beyond what the job strictly required. The house needed several minor repairs and touch-ups to show well. Tanja managed them herself rather than handing me a list of problems to solve from far away. She did not make a production of it or ask for anything in return. She is also, plainly, trustworthy. Over the course of the transaction I never once had to wonder whether I was getting the full picture, whether a commitment would be honored, or whether her advice was serving her interests or mine. In a business where that kind of confidence is not a given, it made the entire process easier. Beyond her professional competence, she is a genuinely decent person — courteous, patient, and easy to deal with even when circumstances were not ideal. That matters when a transaction runs over weeks and months. If you are buying or selling in the Moraira area, particularly as an overseas owner who needs someone reliable on the ground, Tanja Schrocke is the agent I would call. Wij hebben ons huis verkocht via Josine van Premium Villas in Altea. Graag wil ik mijn waardering uitspreken voor het verkoopteam op kantoor en in het bijzonder voor Josine. Het verkoopteam heb ik ervaren als bijzonder deskundig, opereert heel adequaat en besteedt veel aandacht aan kwalitatief voorbereidend werk waardoor onnodige bezichtigingen tot een minimum beperkt worden. Josine heeft de verkooptransactie begeleidt. Haar deskundigheid en toewijding bij het gehele verkoopproces hebben wij als buitengewoon prettig en geruststellend ervaren. Niets was teveel voor haar, ze was nagenoeg 24/7 bereikbaar en kwam altijd haar afspraken punctueel na. Chapeau voor Josine !!
