We first met Evaristo and Carlos eight years ago, they were sole agents for the house that we bought. It was a straightforward transaction but we were grateful for their knowledge and advice at the time. Now, it was time to sell and we had no doubts about employing Ortola Estates as our sole agents. They took time and care to understand the changes that had been made to the house and checked that full permissions had been obtained. Also, our requirements regarding the sale. It transpired that one potential buyer had problems and was not able to proceed, however Evaristo and Carlos handled the situation efficiently and found another buyer almost immediately. This too was not without problems, but again their local knowledge and professional attitude ensured that the sale was completed smoothly, as quickly as possible in the circumstances and to everyone's satisfaction.
