We recently bought a home in Menorca. An exciting but daunting experience. Home Menorca and particularly Simon Cotton, a partner there, were absolutely fantastic throughout. Simon listened intently to our brief so that when we visited the island in Jan 24 for a week to look at a shortlist, it meant that the properties we saw were on point, giving us a really good dilemma in terms of what to choose. In the ens we actually went with a place Simon found that had just come onto the market which worked perfectly for us.
Post offer being accepted Simon was fantastic to work with in terms of executing the purchase for us from finding us a reliable (english speaking) local lawyer to helping deal with utilities and the like.
If you were thinking of buying in Menorca I would highly, highly recommend Home Menorca

We sold our villa in Menorca with Simon Cotton of Home Menorca. He is very professional and really pleasant to deal with. He was very communicative and reassuring throughout the process and achieved what we required in a short space of time. I read many reviews which all say he goes above and beyond to help both buyers and sellers. I would highly recommend dealing with Simon, whether you are buying or selling in beautiful Menorca.
