Experiencia totalmente desagradable. Tanto a la hora de alquilar como de dejar el habitáculo el trato fue totalmente desastroso. No dejaban nada claro, nos mentían todo el rato con los temas de solucionar problemas que se daban en el piso… cuando dejamos el alquiler, tardaron 3 meses en hacer los cambios de nombre de los suministros y en devolvernos la fianza (mientras nos iban cobrando facturas que no nos correspondían), ellos decían que los trámites estaban iniciados y era mentira (hablábamos con las compañías) Solo solucionaron las cosas cuando avisamos de que iríamos por la vía legal. Una experiencia totalmente desesperante y frustrante, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

You indicated that 3 months passed, when in reality the lease ended and the keys were handed over on February 28, 2026, and the security deposit was returned on April 29, 2026, approximately 2 months later. The security deposit refund process typically begins a few days after the property is handed over and also depends on the deadlines and approvals of the property owner. Regarding the change of ownership of the utilities, there was indeed a delay mainly due to a lack of communication with the property owner, a situation we acknowledge and regret. Even so, we want to confirm that all bills generated since February 28, 2026, were paid in full and no amount remains outstanding. Regarding issues with the property, when the complete management of the rental is not fully delegated to our agency, our ability to act and resolve problems also depends on authorization and coordination with the property owner.
