Esta inmobiliaria se dedica a enviar gente a llamar a las puertas de las casas y molestar a la gente, supongo que para conseguir propiedades a base de agobiar y engañar. EDICIÓN DESPUÉS DE LA RESPUESTA DE LA INMOBILIARIA: La inmobiliaria, en su respuesta, deja por escrito que se está saltando varias leyes enviando gente a llamar a las puertas buscando inmuebles. En resumen: -> Ir de puerta en puerta sin cita: NO ES LEGAL, según Real Decreto-ley 15/2018 -> Ofrecer servicios sin consentimiento: NO ES LEGAL, según Real Decreto-ley 15/2018, Ley 18/2017 -> Tratar datos personales sin consentimiento: NO ES LEGAL, según RGPD y LOPDGDD. -> Ofrecer "prioridad" a vecinos: ES LEGAL, PERO IRRELEVANTE, en ningún caso justifica nada. En definitiva, vuestra estrategia de márketing no se ajusta a la legalidad española y hoy mismo podría presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos por el uso indebido de mis datos, o ante la autoridad de consumo por las prácticas comerciales abusivas.
