We are very delighted about the service which this company provided to us - we were the buyer of an apartment they listed They always gave fast and detailed answers to all our questions during several weeks without putting pressure on us (big difference with other real estate agents) and when we made an offer below asking price, the manager Henrique intervened until both parties found an honest agreement ‘in the middle’ Henrique gave us a contract which we gave to our lawyer who read it and said it was correct and ok to sign, which demonstrated Erique’s professionalism Later on, after a reservation agreement and a sale agreement was signed and an advance was paid to an escrow account - we asked if we could go to the apartment to messure some rooms for furniture … - this was no problem and Henrique came to pick us up wherever we wanted and showed us everything we wanted and also drove us around to show the neighbourhood and its restaurants we also had some practical questions and he gave us good info on local technicians, local businesses and good contacts for potential future issues Also after the transfer of ownership was signed at the notary, Henrique picked us up wherever we wanted and brought us (including 9 bags) to our apartment and there he surprised us with Champaign and chcolates We cannot thank him enough for his extra help and expertise and enthousiasm

Tony and Henrique helped my husband Steve and I to find and buy our dream holiday home in the sun 11 years ago. We rocked up in La Zenia one day not knowing where the heck we were. Something we never lived down! But meeting you guys must have been fate as you gave us so much support and friendship throughout all those years. Sadly, our dream was cut short and I turned to Tony and Henrique to sell our beloved apartment. Within a day of it going to market it was sold and the sale completed within just 6 weeks. The difference with Costa Blanca Homes in Spain when compared with other agents is that they put people first, there is no hard sell, theirs is a much bigger and more generous offer, in that it feels like you join a caring family. They guide you throughout the process, communicate well, work quickly and are professional. There is no doubt we will stay in touch as I'll now need a holiday rental!! 😜 I wish you both continued success and highly recommend to all future clients.
