I rented an apartment through this agency for 10 months. In the beginning, communication seemed professional and reliable. I documented all pre-existing issues with photos and messages, including a broken sofa bed that I had requested to be replaced even before moving in. At the end of the tenancy, a representative inspected the apartment, confirmed everything was in excellent condition, and accepted the keys after acknowledging it was spotlessly cleaned. I was clearly told that the security deposit would be returned within 30 days. What followed was extremely disappointing. The agency first attempted to deduct over €1,000 without providing any proper explanation or breakdown. After I presented proof of the correct deposit amount, the deduction was reduced to €800 and eventually to €441 — still without clear justification. All utility bills had been fully paid, with a remaining balance in favor of the owner. Despite this, they insisted on charging cleaning fees that were never stated in the contract, even though the apartment had been thoroughly cleaned and was used by the owners themselves after I moved out. It ultimately took around 60 days to receive the reduced deposit, and no interest was paid despite the 30-day legal deadline. I trusted this agency to manage the deposit fairly and act as a neutral intermediary, but when issues arose, they failed to hold themselves or the owner accountable. While communication was polite during the tenancy, their handling of the deposit lacked transparency, responsibility, and professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend renting through this agency.
