Mi agradecimiento a Catherine y a su asistenta Ayuna por el trato que he recibido durante la venta y el alquiler de mis pisos. No solo han demostrado una profesionalidad impecable, sino también una cercanía y una humanidad que hoy en día son difíciles de encontrar. Me he sentido acompañado, escuchado y apoyado en cada paso. Han convertido un proceso que suele ser estresante en algo sencillo y lleno de confianza. Gracias por vuestra dedicación, vuestra paciencia y por cuidar cada detalle como si fuera vuestro. Negative Review – ADAIX Agency My experience with ADAIX Agency has been very disappointing, and I recommend future clients exercise caution. During the rental period, the living arrangements were correct and without conflicts. However, at the end of the contract, the agency tried to withhold part of the security deposit without providing evidence of actual damages or any documentation, relying instead on subjective arguments such as a supposed “disturbance,” a concept that has no legal basis to justify financial compensation. Communication was unprofessional, with constant attempts to shift responsibilities that do not belong to the tenant, and even inappropriate suggestions about where I should stay—completely outside their scope of competence. I want to make it clear that my complaint is not directed at the property owner, but at the agency’s management, which acted in a biased and non-transparent manner, giving the impression of prioritizing its own interests over fair mediation in accordance with the law. My advice to other tenants is: • demand everything in writing, • be well-informed about your rights, • and do not accept deposit withholdings without clear reports or proof. Unfortunately, an experience that could have been resolved simply ended up in an unnecessary conflict due to poor real estate practices.
