Few months ago i spoke with good international lawyer in Alicante - asked him for advice to buy property - good property agencies.. bad. He told me to AVOID VR Properties because they have fraud cases, court convictions and so on!!!

VR Properties was convicted on 15 of May 2025 - sentencia 230/2025. BE AWARE! Every lawyer can check the court case in Alicante court.
