We had a great experience working with Trias Real Estate to find our apartment in Turó Park. Barcelona's rental market is highly competitive right now, especially for good long-term leases, and the team's local knowledge and speed made all the difference — they understood exactly what we were looking for, responded quickly to every question, and moved fast on viewings so we didn't lose out on good options. Spanish rental agreements can be genuinely confusing, especially with how often the regulations seem to change, but Trias was transparent and clear about the contract terms and fees throughout the process. They even helped us with transferring the utility accounts, which was a huge help — especially as foreigners navigating an unfamiliar system. We ended up in an amazing apartment we're thrilled with. Special thanks to Juana and Celeste, and highly recommend Trias to anyone searching for a home in Barcelona, particularly if you're after a long-term lease in a competitive area.
