Spanish rental agreements can be genuinely confusing, especially with how often the regulations seem to change, but Trias was transparent and clear about the contract terms and fees throughout the process. They even helped us with transferring the utility accounts, which was a huge help — especially as foreigners navigating an unfamiliar system. We ended up in an amazing apartment we're thrilled with.
