Sure Properties

We agreed a price and I was just about to send the money over to sure properties to secure a property. When I read the contract carefully which was sent by Mario it was not what we agreed. Luckily I am a solicitor here in the UK and I checked the small prints. Saved me paying a deposit upfront and potential issues later on as the company and their staff (Mario) is completely untrustworthy.

I contacted Sure Properties to rent a private villa for 3 weeks. Mario De Vecente replied and offered me a tariff where I was able to pay a 30% deposit and the remaining amount upon arrival. Mario then retracted this offer said the tariff only applies to the full amount. I informed Mario that I am disappointed you have gone back on your word. Mario then agreed to acknowledge his first offer and send me the contract. When I read the contract, it asked me to pay the full amount, with a €100 to be let in the property and €350 for a refundable deposit that was not mentioned. Absolutely beggars belief. Do not trust this company they are professional con artists. Please check the contracts because they will make you sign something you haven’t agreed. Avoid like the plague.
