Ayant fait appel plusieurs fois à Sotiven, pour l'achat comme pour la vente, je ne peux que recommander. Ils sont à l'écoute, ont d'excellents conseils et sont super réactifs et très disponibles. We would highly recommend Sotiven if you are looking to buy or sell property in Tenerife. We have used them twice now, both selling and buying. Angelica and the team are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and help you every step of the way throughout the process of buying/selling. There is always someone available to talk to, and they go above and beyond compared to what we have experienced with previous estate agents on the island. We would 100% use Sotiven again and appreciate all of the hard work they do. Communication from all of the staff is excellent and they are also able to advise you in other areas such as decor etc..... We really can't fault them!!! 🙂 ⭐️ 🙏

Bonjour Un grand merci à toute l'agence Sotiven, organisée, professionnelle et surtout sérieuse. En passant par hasard ( en ayant bien sûr l'idée d'être propriétaire à Ténérife) j'ai regardé la vitrine pleine d'annonces et je suis rentrée avec une amie. Et après plusieurs visites l'appartement a été trouvé et réservé. Angela la directrice est professionnelle et parle français Jamie facilite les démarches administratives. Et Cécile la commerciale cerne bien ce que les futurs acheteurs cherchent et parle français aussi. Toute l'équipe parle français et anglais ce qui est très important.
