This company should not be trusted. They rent out properties that do not meet legal or safety standards, while presenting them online as clean, modern, and fully compliant. The reality is completely different.
After moving in, it became clear that the apartment was poorly maintained and not suitable for living. When problems were reported, the company showed zero interest in fixing anything. Communication was slow, dismissive, or nonexistent.
They seem to take advantage of tenants, especially foreigners, by charging high prices for substandard housing and hiding behind contracts when issues arise. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
