I would highly recommend Nicolas at Melrose properties. Nicolas has an extensive knowledge of the area and spent a lot of time with us over the course of a few days showing us around different parts of Estepona which was our preferred area. Nicolas behaved in a professional but relaxed manner so at no point did we feel pressured at all and he showed great patience towards us as I'm the first to say we are not easily pleased! Nicolas offered us lots of good honest advice and information on the buying process which really put our minds at ease. Having spent time getting to know our requirements a little better Nicolas recommended we view a house that he thought we would like ..and he was right! Our offer was accepted and so our new journey began .
