I was recommended Leonard Realty by a friend who had used them before. I found Andrea to be very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about his industry. He pitched the selling price just right and was willing to work to keep the sale price as high as he could for us. Rather than just go for a quick sale. Andrea works in a way that was different to my previous experiences, in that he uses 'social media' as a basis for his seeking custom. We noticed that he managed to get viewings straight away and was happy to lead those viewings independently. As we didn't live in Tenerife, this was important to us. It is also a huge bonus that Andrea speaks in excess of 5 languages, this again opens up new markets. Right from the start, Andrea showed us his skills and professionalism, when he brought in his photographer and a videographer. They were both very particular on how our apartment should be portrayed. The end result was a marketing portfolio that was amazing!. I can't really praise them anymore, and can only suggest and recommend them.
