Pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner cero. Muy mala experiencia con la atención telefónica. Llamé interesada por un piso en alquiler y en la primera llamada la mujer que me atendió fue muy desagradable y no mostró ninguna intención de atenderme ni de dar información. Se notaba claramente que no tenía ninguna gana de atender a un posible cliente. En la segunda llamada me habló de malas maneras, incluso elevando el tono, diciendo que estaba conduciendo y que no podía atenderme. Me indicó que escribiera por Idealista, tal y como hice, pero después de responderle ya no volví a recibir ninguna contestación. Sinceramente, la atención deja mucho que desear. Cuando alguien está buscando vivienda espera al menos un trato correcto y profesional. Después de esta experiencia, desde luego no lo recomendaría.

We bought our dream in Javea/Xabia with thanks to Mitra. She bent backwards to help us find our ideal penthouse apartment with sea views within days. On Thursday we were enjoying market day in the pueblo and by chance dropped in to Key 2 Properties where we met Mitra. We had 3 days to find a home in Spain or not. We visited 5 Villas/apartments Mitra arranged second viewings and over the weekend too. We felt she really understood our needs and what we were looking for in a second home and potentially full time home in years to come. She was available whenever we needed her and met us in her day off on the Sunday to discuss any concerns. She explained the selling process in Spain and put us in touch with a lawyer who was also fantastic! She really went above and beyond. We are eternally thankful and will keep in touch. She even hangs out with my mother now who lives in Spain part time. If in doubt, don’t be. Mitra and her team are truly fantastic, Honest and genuine.
