Wir sind sehr mit Susanne Wenzel zurfrieden. Sie hat uns eine wunderschöne Wohnung in Dénia (Anlage El Palmar, Las Marinas) verkauft, sich um vieles gekümmert, bei dem wir Hilfe und Unterstützung gebraucht haben, da wir zu dem Zeitpunkt in Deutschland waren. Auch beim Notartermin und bei der weiteren Abwicklung mit den Eigentümern, der Übergabe uvm. war Susanne höchst professionell, zuverlässig und perfekt. Ich hatte und habe immer das Gefühl, mich rundum auf sie verlassen zu können, auch heute noch. Wenn Fragen oder Anliegen auftreten, ist sie immer zu Stelle, hilfsbereit und im hohen Maße freundlich und komptetent. Hatte mein Haus zum Verkauf angeboten. Antwort erst nach vielen Stunden. Hatte meine Preisvorstellung mitgeteilt. Danach kamen Vergleichsangbote von Häuser im selben Wohngebiet. Frau Wezel hat nicht die Ausstattung, die Lage, noch den direkten Zugang zum Pool, angeschaut. Alles ein Witz. Ich sage immer Hausfrauen Makler.

Helaas hebben wij een andere ervaring, Susan in geen betrouwbare makelaar, ze heeft een dubbele agenda, waardoor ze het tekenen heeft gerekt en wij nu met lege handen staan.
