Selling a property can be stressful enough, but selling in Spain while living in the UK makes the process even more challenging. Having the right estate agent makes such a huge difference. I had previously used another agency, but unfortunately the property did not sell and communication was very limited. I decided to look for a different agent and did a lot of research before finding Immomaison online. They had such fantastic reviews, and now I completely understand why! From the moment I met Houda when she came to view our property, I had a feeling that she would be the person who would sell it — and I was absolutely right! Houda and her team sold our property very quickly and were genuinely the best estate agents we could have wished for. They were professional, efficient, friendly, helpful and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, and they always kept me informed. Even when they were on holiday, they continued to respond and help, which I really appreciated. Because I live in the UK, I had quite a lot of paperwork and things to organise remotely.
