We are extremely pleased with the service we have received from Europa-Sol and Vicente. He has great knowledge of the local areas. He made sure we took our time when choosing our apartment, nothing was too much trouble for him . He viewed properties for us while we were in the UK and sent us videos of them, along with accompanying us on viewings when we were in Spain . When we made our final choice he was happy to take us on multiple viewings of the property to make sure we were 110% happy with it . When we were ready to make the offer he carried out all of the negotiations and ensured we got the property at the right price. When we completed the purchase of the property he took care of everything and sent us a video. We were in the UK while this took place . The after sales service we have received has been excellent, he is even assisting us with the renovation our property. He is very responsive when we ask any questions . During the purchase Vicente was in constant communication with our lawyer and she commented that some real estate agents end the service once the purchase of the property has been completed, this wasn’t the case with Vicente . If we need to use a real estate agent in the future we would not hesitate to go back to Vicente . Highly recommended .
