Christian was the perfect choice for our property buying experience in Spain. He knows the Altea market very well. He understood our requirements and showed us appropriate properties to view. He was readily available via phone or text. His after sale service was top notch. He guided us through the banking and legal aspects of property purchase. He arranged for utility services. He had contacts for furniture and appliance purchases and had contacts for tradesmen for any renovation projects. 5 star service from start to finish.

My experience with this real estate agency was extremely disappointing and far below what I would expect from professionals in this industry. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and often required repeated follow-ups just to get basic information. Emails and calls were ignored for days, sometimes weeks, which created unnecessary stress and confusion. What was most frustrating was the lack of transparency. Important details were either unclear or changed throughout the process, and I frequently felt that information was being withheld or poorly explained. Instead of receiving guidance and support, I was left to figure things out on my own. Customer service was another major issue. Once initial interest was shown, the level of attention dropped significantly. It felt like securing a client was more important than actually providing ongoing service. Concerns were brushed aside, questions were treated as inconveniences, and accountability was completely lacking. The overall process felt disorganized and unprofessional. Deadlines were missed, expectations were poorly managed, and there was little sense of responsibility when problems arose. Buying or selling property is a major financial and emotional decision, and this agency did nothing to make the experience smooth or reassuring. Based on my personal experience, I would not work with this agency again and would strongly advise others to do thorough research and proceed with caution before committing.
