Chaparral Real Estate helped me purchase my first ever apartment in Spain, I was dealing with Dan who was incredible I would never been able to do it on my own, Dan got me a lawyer, bank and NIE number, Dan collected me and took me to all my appointments. We bought our house through Chapparel real estate agency. Daniel and Cherise were really helpful and stayed in contact with us throughout the whole time. Cherise sent us daily updates on the properties matching our requests and Daniel showed us the ones we selected. We would definitely recommend this agency if you are looking for a home in Orihuela Costa area. Thank you guys for your help and Merry Christmas!

Chaparral estates have been brilliant regarding my property search, they have been great especially Django who went above and beyond to show us a whole variety of properties in the area we were interested in and also a couple of other areas that weren’t local areas,he sourced us a property and he really is a gem and a credit to the team,and then there’s Daniel who has taken care of all the paperwork and everything that goes on in the background making sure that everything goes smoothly.I can’t recommend chaparral estates enough for their commitment and brilliance at what they do.
