Highly recommended and great people. I came over to the Costa Blanca area with my teenage daughter in February looking for a property. I found Chaparral Real Estate on Google but also someone recommended them from Facebook. I spoke to Dan and Terry quite a bit before going to Spain, discussing requirements, areas etc. I was nervous about the whole process of looking at properties with someone I didnt know, but I shouldn't have worried. Dan was amazing. He made us feel at ease straight away. We spent the first day looking at about 6 different properties in different areas, getting a feel for what I liked and didn't like. The second day we looked at further properties which were more suitable for me and I found one! I wasnt intending to purchase a property during this trip, it was more of a fact finding mission,but Dan got it spot on and there was absolutely no pressure. From then, Dan took charge and drove us to all the places we needed to go to, it was quite late in the day but we managed to see a notary and had a meeting with Domus Consulting (who have also been amazing). The whole process has been really easy and we should complete in the next few weeks. Dan from Chapparrel Real Estate is still in contact with me and will be collecting the keys for me on completion. I cannot recommend Chapparrel Real Estate enough. Dan and Terry have been extremely patient, helpful and kind and I hope to keep in touch with them. Thank you!

Not honest, seriosly advise you avoid. Daniel is a con artist. I question if the IVA registration is genuine, also registration as a authorised estate agent. Daniel has still not produced the required documents to transfer ownership of the BMW purchased in 2024. I am currently discusing, with Spanish legals, taking action through Courts. Again AVOID. AND NOW FABRICATING SUPPOSED THREATS TO FAMILY. Talk about writer of fairy tales !!!!

Chaparral Real Estate helped me purchase my first ever apartment in Spain, I was dealing with Dan who was incredible I would never been able to do it on my own, Dan got me a lawyer, bank and NIE number, Dan collected me and took me to all my appointments. Now I have my apartment Dan is still helping me, I can’t rate this company high enough they have exceeded my expectations this company is simply amazing and I am so glad I was lucky enough to come across them and I would strongly recommend them to anyone, I also feel I have made a friend for life. We bought our house through Chapparel real estate agency. Daniel and Cherise were really helpful and stayed in contact with us throughout the whole time. Cherise sent us daily updates on the properties matching our requests and Daniel showed us the ones we selected.
