Heart felt response from The Owner Chaparral Real estate Dear all, My name is Daniel Wynne, part-owner of Chaparral Real Estate. I hope you are all well, and I would like to sincerely thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I felt it necessary to write a heartfelt note on behalf of myself and my family regarding a matter that has recently arisen. You may notice reviews from an individual Nick Gabriel (also posting under the name Nick via a newly created profile). Unfortunately, this individual has been persistently targeting me, my company, and my family with harmful and misleading comments over the past few weeks. Mr. Gabriel is a former client of ours, and during our professional relationship, we made every effort to assist him both in purchasing and subsequently selling a property in Spain. Despite various personal challenges he experienced during this time, we supported him to the best of our ability, both professionally and, at times, beyond what would normally be expected in our role. Additionally, we assisted him with the purchase of a vehicle, ensuring all relevant documentation was provided and even helping him arrange insurance. We also successfully secured a buyer for his property, achieving a profit of approximately €18,000 for him within a relatively short period of ownership. Following the completion of these services in 2024, we had no further contact with Mr. Gabriel until recently. Two years later, we were contacted by the Spanish traffic authorities (DGT) and a UK-based company regarding issues stemming from the vehicle, which had not been legally transferred into his name. The relevant authorities have been informed, and formal complaints have been filed. This matter is now under investigation by the Spanish Guardia Civil and the courts. Regrettably, Mr. Gabriel has since attempted to damage our reputation through false statements and has made repeated attempts to blackmail us, demanding payment in exchange for ceasing these actions. Furthermore, he has issued threats towards my family home, which has understandably caused significant distress to my wife and young children. We have taken full legal action in response to these matters and have reported the situation to Trustpilot. While we have provided extensive documentation and evidence, we are currently awaiting a more decisive response from their team wich they have assured us will be taken. We remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in our work, and we truly appreciate the continued support and understanding of our clients. We would also like to take this opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to transparency and the highest standards of client care. At no point have we, nor would we ever, place our clients at risk. Our mission has always been to help people achieve their dreams, not create negative experiences. Unfortunately, this individual’s actions reflect behaviour that is deeply disappointing and far removed from the values we uphold, both professionally and personally.
