We used this company when they first started out. We gave a large deposit to secure a property on the understanding they would give us time to sell our own house. but later found out they deducted ALL their comission from the deposit instead of waiting to finalise the sale. We then got harassing messages asking when we could complete. The sellers didn't realise that we had paid a large deposit as they were only given 30%. Friends of ours in the area put their property up for sale using this agency and also tried to sell it privately. Their private " for sale " signs were regularly taken down and a Spanish neighbour confirmed that this estate agency regularly came around removing the signs. They offer a property for sale with an horrendous fee attached - they ask the sellers how much they want and market it for far more and pocket the difference - don't touch these scammers. They also get buyers to use their " contractors" + builders, plumbers etc who are expensive and they earn commission. Spanish home- owners won't touch them.
