Altea Invest

This review is long overdue, but it’s one I’ve wanted to write because our experience with Altea Invest truly stood out during our property search in Altea. My wife and I visited Altea looking for an investment property, and after meeting a few realtors, we eventually connected with Aitor from Altea Invest. From the very first conversation, he was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us understand the market and find the right opportunity. He never rushed us, always gave honest insights, and made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. Just an all-around great guy and a true professional. We ended up changing our plans last minute and didn’t move forward with a purchase at that time, but we never forgot the experience. Now that we’re preparing to return and continue our search, there’s no doubt. Aitor will be our realtor. I also want to highlight Carlos, the owner, who is equally impressive. He’s experienced, welcoming, and clearly runs the agency with integrity and expertise. Something that really stood out to us is how well covered they are on the legal side, which is especially important if you’re coming from overseas and navigating Spanish real estate for the first time. They make the process feel safe, clear, and fully supported. I can’t recommend Altea Invest enough. If you want honesty, professionalism, and a team that truly looks out for your best interests, this is the real estate office to trust in Altea.

We moved to Altea earlier this year and were not intending on buying a house for at least 12 months. We fell in love with a house and cannot more happier! Everyone at Alteainvest were great especially Aitor who was always on hand to assist with our enquires and guide us through the buying process in Spain. Would highly recommend Alteainvest if you’re thinking of buying a Property as their service is amazing!
