Det har varit en mycket positiv process att köpa vår fastighet i Denia. Edward har guidat oss genom köpet på ett fantastiskt sätt och vi har alltid känt att han bryr sig om både köpare och säljare. När vi kom till Denia under Fiesta och allt var stängt, hämtade han vänligen nycklarna från vår advokat. Att komma till fastigheten där allt var öppet och klart var en trevlig gest från honom. Abbey Properties is an amazing realtor for buying or selling your house. Big shout out to Edward. He helpt us with everything, took his time with the viewings, has a lot of knowledge and tipped us for a good lawyer and notary. Not only that, he guided us in al the Spanish laws and rules and was there to translate for us. Not only he helped us very well but also to the owner of the property. Edward really looked after us as the seller but I get the impression he also represented the buyer very well too ! He was friendly, professional and kept us totally informed at all times. He would definitely be our go to guy if we ever needed his services again .
