We sell homes were very professional and helpfull in assisting us finding and purchasing our property in Spain. Jan was friendly and very easy to communicate with and took the time to drive us around the mijas costa looking at various properties and willing to give his professional opinion on the pros and cons of each area and property. The service does not end when you put down the deposit on your dream house as they are available to guide you through all the purchase which was invaluable due to the differences in buying in Spain as compared to the UK....would highly reccomend for those who want to seek to buy in Spain and have a A* estate agent to help with the process.

Wij zijn na een fijn kennismakingsgesprek met Hamoedi gekoppeld aan Jan voor het vinden van ons droomhuis in de Costa del Sol.
Wij kunnen WeSellHomes en Jan zeker aanraden. Het contact is heel erg fijn. Jan is altijd bereikbaar, heel erg behulpzaam, super flexibel, transparant en erg kundig. We hebben ook videobezichtigingen gehad, dat is ook erg fijn als je vanuit Nederland aan het zoeken bent.
Daarnaast gaf Jan ook tips over andere dingen waardoor ons start in Spanje goed is verlopen.

We hebben verschillende huizen bekeken met Jan Smulders. Makelaar naar ons hart. Neemt echt de tijd voor alles en heeft engelen geduld met ons. Wij hebben nog niet ons pareltje gevonden maar weten dat dit zeker gaat lukken met hem en de organisatie achter hem. Erg professioneel en zijn zeer tevreden over hen. Tot snel!
