I was presented with an apartment where the false parts were hidden from me, such as the way the door opened and the staircase wasn't developed according to the technical criteria. Furthermore, no drainage filter infront of the door, implying all the water would enter the apartment. These were not informed to me prior to doing the 3k down-payment. I wasn't able to get my down-payment back until I hired a lawyer. This made them start negations of how I shouldn't be able to get my down-payment. Thanks to my lawyer I was able to get 2k back but they kept my 1k! Incredible how I felt so ripped off!!

They wouldnt return 3000€ « reserva » from my friend and finqlly returned 2000€ after she got a lawyer . She wasnt interested anymore as there were many hidden issues with the apartment : stair case , door opening etc….
