Very good Service and very helpful. I booked holidays for 4 weeks. Everything was good organized and if we need help Ms. Alima was all the time present. Thx for all.

Aina is fantastic and lovely to work with. Super responsive and attentive. We rented a house in the heart of Pollença and the location was great. The AC in the bedrooms worked well though the rest of the house didn’t have units, which was fine for us since we used the house mostly at night The bathroom situation was not ideal though. Only a small half bath in the master bedroom upstairs and the main bathroom was downstairs in the patio. But the water pressure was outstanding. The beds were also not the most comfortable at least for us, maybe others find them ok. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook though it had adequate utensils. The dishwasher is very small and could not be fully opened with a big table being in the way. Would suggest changing to a smaller table. To close of, Aina is absolutely wonderful.

What a terrible experience! We rented a villa with some friends. When we arrived, the cleaning staff was just leaving the villa. However, the house was not in order. Underneath the sheets, the mattresses were dirty (hair...), there was a cockroach in one of the bathrooms, one of the bedrooms was not made, the path to the pool was not cleaned, and the area around the pool was dirty. There was a construction site at the back of the house with a crane swinging over the pool. In short, we refused the house and asked to be relocated elsewhere. Nothing was offered except for a second cleaning of the premises... how can we trust them? We had to find accommodation ourselves. No commercial response, no possibility to contact the owner. Lousy service.

Do not work with Mallorca North!!! Do not rent villa Maria! —— First time in my life that I was so disappointed and scammed. On the website it all looks marvellous but in real life it’s the contrary. It’s a classical case of deceiving customers and stealing their hard earned money! Dirty house, “garden” non existing, stuff, garden hoses, and construction debris ly everywhere…. We paid 1.600€ for a week for a 4 bedroom house. We are 4 middle aged women and we love each other but we also love some privacy. Only 3 rooms were done, the 4th was filthy (dirty sheets, used towels on the floor, even a cockroach in the closet,…). When we called immediately to ask to arrange the 4th bedroom, they flat out told us that we had 4 beds in total so the 4th room was not necessary!!!! I mean… When we refused to stay in the house, du yo the general state and filth, and asked for some service, help, solution, they told us “well, you paid”. With other words go }*>^ yourself. No hospitality, no service. They have probably never even heard of the word client or hospitality…. We paid for a hotel for 2 nights and an apartment for 4, as we needed to find a place e to stay, on top of the 1.600€ Mallorca North robbed us from. Money never to be seen again. When one of my friends wrote a review they openly replied with “oh so sorry, we can do something for you” and then gave a false email address…. Just for show that they offered some help. Really, worst case scenario. This agency should be banned from Booking!!!
