We have recently sold our house in the Albayzin, Granada, with the help of Valentino Pape of Granada Estate Agency. I had wanted to use the broker who sold us the house, but that agent was not interested. My wife found Valentino Pape online and liked the look of his agency’s work. Valentino was very responsive: the day after we called he came to see the house. Two days later he returned with documented evidence of comparable sales over the past year to discuss a price range and selling strategy. Valentino took the time to get to know us and to understand why we were selling. He also took time for us to learn about him and his background. We found him warm and friendly, but always courteous and respectful. From beginning to end, Valentino proved to be helpful and supportive.
Valentino hired a professional photographer and the resulting presentation was excellent, much better than many presentations we have seen where the agent snaps a few shots with their phone. I also liked the way Valentino works with many other agents to source potential buyers from different regions.
Valentino executed the strategy we agreed on and always communicated with us clearly in English, although it is not his mother tongue. (Valentino is also fluent in German) He did not pressure us to lower our selling price after a few unsuccessful visits. He was patient and always up-beat, even after some deceptions (clients saying they want to buy the house next week and then ghosting him; one even pulled out the morning he had agreed to sign the contract). It took time, but Valentino found the right buyer and negotiated a price we were satisfied with. He earned his commission and we paid it gladly.

We have just completed our villa purchase and could not be more pleased with the level of service and dilligence provided by Nick. We live in Dubai and purchasing a half million Euro villa sight unseen can be duanting, though Nick was ahead of the game at every stage - from detailed video walk throughs, constant communication at all hours, and even helping us with a power of attorney on Christmas week whilst battling a flu! Nick essentially went through the entire purchase process on our behalf whilst we are overseas, and continues to provide support after the purchase. We would not have this house without Nick's assistance, and frankly we will do whatever we can to recommend Nick in the future. Thanks Nick!

From my first interaction on social media, through questions asked and swift responses , a remote viewing and finally an in person showing of the premises, I have nothing but good to say of this Agency or Nick the proprietor. Excellent images and video recordings provided a realistic and comprehensive view of the property.
On another note, other videos/ tutorials on the website are really informative and provide great options for contacts relating to legal and financial support.
Nick was knowledgeable about the house and the town itself as his business is based in the area and he’s lived there for several years!. He was open to any questions and very personable.
And yes ofcourse I bought the house!
