They respond to your emails and questions in the day, clarify your interrogations about the contract, they are accommodating for the visits and re-visits so really you have the impression that they are at your service as a client ( which is pretty rare with a realtor let’s be real ;). You feel they want to help you and bring a positive resolution to your situation without forcing anything that is not in your interests. They have clearly exceeded my expectations with their professionalism but also by helping me with my e-bike and with the internet contract as I don’t speak a proper Spanish. I would never thought a realtor could do a “good” job, with honesty, clarity and also kindness. You feel they care, you can trust them and for sure it’s pretty rare in that field of activity. I went from having the worst experience with a dishonest realtor here in Palma with my previous flat, to the most unexpected, fast, positive and agreable experience, finding a new flat I love and signing within just one week !!
